The company is incorporated on November 15, 2007, with registered capital of 80 million yuan, located at No.580 Qinghe Road, Lingang Economic Zone,Binhai District, Tianjin. The company can use 7#, 8# and 9# liquid chemical wharfs ofLingang Economic Zone.7#, 8# wharfs are capable of dockingtwo 50,000-dwt ships or four 5000-dwt shipssimultaneously.9# wharf is capable of dockingone 100,000-dwt ship.The company has a total investment of 210 million yuan. It covers an area of 4,6881.4 m2 (approximately 70.3 acres), and the building area is 23,399.43 m2.The total storage capacity is 79,600 m³, including 24 storage tanks (22 vertical atmospheric storage tanks and 2 pressure spherical tanks). The annual storage and transportation capacity is about 500,000 tons, and the annual design turnover is about 960,000 tons. It also has two chemical pump zones, a tanker loading and unloading platform, and supporting public works systems such as office building, firefighting system, and power supply.

The company obtained the latest Port Operation Permit on November 8, 2016. It has a qualification of transit and storage of 49 kinds ofliquid chemical product, and is professionally engaged in port loading and unloading, storage and transit diversion business of bulk liquid chemicals and liquefied gases.
